In the only game in the Pitching In Southern Football League Division One Central on Wednesday evening, Aylesbury United gained their first points in emphatic fashion at Yarnton Road against an as yet point-less Kidlington.
The Ducks, who lost their opener at home against Didcot Town last Saturday, took only 30 seconds to take the lead with a Ty Deacon volley.
The Greens had a great chance to level shortly afterwards but visiting keeper James Weatherill made a fine block from a one-on-one with John Mills.
At the other end, Ducks` defender Dave O`Connor hit the post with a header but in the 15th minute Deacon made it 2-0 with his second.
And less than 5 minutes later, the striker completed his first league hat-trick for the club.
On 35 minutes, Billy Gillett reduced the deficit after Kidlington had hit the bar and they were only one behind when a foul by Jake Bewley resulted in a penalty which Declan Peart duly converted.
However, a few minutes after half-time, Kidlington were dealt a massive blow when goalkeeper Christian Lawrence hauled down Max Hercules and was shown a straight red card and the victim punished the Greens further by firing home the resulting free kick to make it 4-2.
Sub Sonny French made it a nap hand for the visitors in the 87th minute.
